Answer: Personal AI learns through messaging with yourself, messaging with others, and integrating messages from various sources. This enables your AI to learn from a wide range of inputs for a personalized experience.

Answer: Personal AI offers a transformative experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized messages at scale whenever you or your team, followers, or organization needs. Question: Can I have different AI profiles?

Answer: Yes, you can create unique AI profiles for different aspects of your life, such as work, family, or hobbies. This allows you to maintain separate personas and memory stacks for each area of interest.

Question: What is the greeting and welcome message for Personal AI?

Question: After completing the contract with our sales team, what happens next?

Answer: You will be greeted by your AI Success Manager who is there to guide you through the Elevate process. At that point, you will be given the opportunity to schedule an initial kickoff call and begin uploading data to your AI Google Drive Folder.

Question: What is the main focus of the kickoff call?

Answer: The main focus of this meeting is to clearly define the use case for your AI, highlight its goals, identify the target audience, and specify the necessary data to achieve your objectives.

Question: What happens after receiving access to the Google Drive Folder?

Answer: After receiving access to your Google Drive Folder, you will begin uploading the data that you and your AI Success Manager discussed. From that point, your AI Training Specialist will start training your AI and complete the base model.

Question: What is the purpose of the Demo & Transition Call?

Answer: This meeting will highlight the training data employed in crafting your AI, providing a comprehensive walkthrough of its implementation and practical usage. We will also transfer the account to the email address of your choice to allow for exploration of your AI in-depth.

Question: What kind of post-release support is available?

Answer: Upon account transfer, your AI Success Manager will send you an email with a link to our workshop calendar where you can schedule a call to meet with a training specialist. We are here to help you with whatever you need!

Answer: Located at the bottom left hand side of the "My AI" tab underneath the AI personas, you will see a "Documents" section. Here is where you can upload a variety of different documents, audio files, weblinks, or create a new document to add from scratch or copy and pasting.

Question: How can you edit the responses that your AI is giving you?

Answer: When you are in the process of training your AI, it is important to continuously test and message your AI regularly when adding new memories. Don't like the responses that the AI is giving you? Click on the pen icon located on the top right hand corner of the message box sent by your AI, edit the response to your liking, save and add it to the memory stack. The next time this question is asked, or any question similar to it, the AI will remember the edits you made.

Question: Why is creating new AI Personas important?

Answer: Creating new AI Personas is important for dividing up your data and improving accuracy of the use case that each persona is created for. Personas can also be integrated.

Question: What are Channels and how can they be used?

Answer: Creating new channels is a way to invite friends to talk to your AI. When creating a new channel, you can set which persona you want to run this channel. Channels can also be used for integrations.

Question: What are Autopilot and Copilot settings and where can they be found?

Answer: Autopilot and Copilot settings can be found at the top right hand corner of your screen when you are inside one of your channels or inside one of your personas. This feature allows you to either set your AI to respond to messages automatically (autopilot) or create responses to questions that will not be sent until you click the "send" button underneath the response when you are finished editing (copilot).

Question: What is the Personal Score and where can it be found?

Answer: Located directly underneath the name of your persona and above the message that your AI sent, you will see a percentage value. This is a personal score. The personal score is a rating of how much of the response was generated through your memory stack. You will notice this score continues to rise as you continue to train your AI.

Question: What are the immediate benefits and results users can expect after initial setup?

Answer: Automation of your everyday workflow, increased communication between teams and channels, draft emails faster, and conduct research.

Question: What are the long-term benefits that Personal AI brings to users' daily tasks or business operations?

Answer: Streamline up to 80% of daily communication, manage client interactions, handle routine tasks (prepare for meetings, organizing data, generating reports, etc.), you are in control 100% of the time, and never forget anything.

Question: What are the customization capabilities that allow users to tailor the AI to their needs?

Answer: Users can access their Brand Page, which is a direct link to preview and edit the settings on their Brand Page. This includes the privacy settings for their personal AI within the Personal AI app, the ability to modify the Public Chat, and the option to change their AI Domain name.

Question: How do I sign up for a Personal AI account?

Answer: To sign up for a Personal AI account, you need to go through the official website. Ensure you have access to a valid email address for account verification purposes.

Question: What hardware is required to use Personal AI?

Answer: A computer or smartphone with internet connectivity is essential to use Personal AI. It is accessible via web browsers on computers and through apps on iOS and Android devices.

Question: What prior knowledge is needed to use Personal AI?

Answer: Familiarity with basic digital navigation skills, such as using web browsers and apps, is required. While not mandatory, a general understanding of AI and chatbots can enhance your experience with Personal AI.

Question: What kind of data can I use to train my Personal AI?

Answer: You can gather any texts, documents, emails, or other content you wish to use for training your Personal AI. This can include chat histories, professional documents, or personal notes. We are primarily a text based platform so images and videos won't work but transcripts from videos and podcasts are great!

Question: What do I need to consider if I want to integrate Personal AI with other services?

Answer: If you are planning to integrate Personal AI with other services (e.g., Google Drive, Slack), ensure you have the necessary access and permissions.

Question: How can I prepare for using Personal AI?

Answer: Here are some preparation tips:

  • Explore the features and capabilities of Personal AI to understand what's possible and how to customize it for your needs.

  • Organize the data you plan to use for training your AI to make the upload process smoother and more effective.

  • Set clear goals for what you want to achieve with Personal AI, such as improving productivity, organizing memories, or enhancing communication.

Answer: Personal AI offers internal integrations for memory additions and messaging with the AI. These internal integrations can be found under the "Memory Stack" section of the AI page.

Question: What external integrations does Personal AI offer?

Answer: External integrations for Personal AI are done through Zapier. Zapier offers thousands of cross API integrations, making integrations with Personal AI almost limitless.

Question: What are the internal memory integrations that Personal AI offers?

Answer: The internal memory integrations offered by Personal AI include:

  • OneDrive: Log in to your Microsoft account and select files containing documents to add to your AI memory. This integration can only be used with a personal Microsoft account, not a business account.

  • Outlook: Log in to your Outlook email and add emails to your memory by category or by flagging.

  • Clipboard: Log in to your Microsoft account and add things to memory from your clipboard.

Question: What messaging integrations does Personal AI offer?

Answer: Personal AI currently offers SMS messaging integration. You can apply for an SMS number for your AI, and then text message it directly from your phone. We also offer Instagram messaging as one of our newest integrations. Facebook Messenger integrations are coming soon.

  • Memory Integrations: Using memory integrations, either internally or externally, is a good tool to efficiently continue training your AI. This allows you to keep your AI up-to-date by adding documents, emails, and other content to its memory.

  • Messaging Integrations: Messaging integrations, such as the SMS number, are extremely useful for saving time and having the ability to communicate with anyone at any time. This allows you to get advice or input from your AI on the go, and can also be useful for monetizing your AI.

  • Zapier Integrations: The integrations through Zapier allow your Personal AI to be involved in just about any application you use regularly. This enables your AI to have a positive impact on your daily tasks, whether it's saving things to memory or sending automated messages through third-party apps.
