The GMail integration allows you to sync emails and labels from your GMail account to your AI's memory.

To get to the GMail Integration screen, click on your Persona -> Memory Integration -> GMail.

How to navigate to the GMail Integration

Connecting GMail

To connect your Gmail account, click the Connect button to begin the authentication process. You will be prompted to log into your Google account and grant necessary permissions for access.

Our GMail integration is in final approval stages. If you get the screen 'Google hasn't verified this app' you can proceed by clicking Advanced -> Go to Cardon.ai to continue with setup.

Once connected, click Sync from Gmail then choose the label(s) you want to sync to your AI's memory. New emails added to the selected label(s) in GMail will automatically sync every 12 hours and upload to your AI’s memory.

To disconnect your account or connect additional accounts, click the dropdown next to your Google Drive account at the top of the page.

Uploaded Emails and Synced Labels

You can review emails that have been uploaded and monitor which labels are synced by navigating to the Uploaded Emails and Synced Labels tabs located at the bottom of the Gmail integration page.

Uploaded Emails: View and manage all emails that have been uploaded from GMail.

Synced Labels: Manage the labels that are currently syncing with your AI and manually sync or stop sync as needed.
